I would like submit on behalf of Popular Front of India, a social organization that Mr. Praveen Togadia, Ex International General Secretary of Vishwa Hindu Parishad is well known for his provocative speeches which ignites communal feelings among different communities. A case had been registered against him in Hyderabad’s Nampally Police Station for delivering Provocative and anti democratic speech. His arrest is pending for collecting preliminary information.
We got the information through different news dailies that Mr. Praveen Togadia is visiting Kurnool & Adoni towns on 27th January for opening the Vishwa Hindu Parishad offices and addressing the rallies & public programs. I submit that it is well known to you that Kurnool city is communally tense. The law & order situation of our state is not so good. The entire state is communally tense due to the hate speeches of the leaders of different religions, their arrest & releases.
In this purview, giving permission to Mr. Togadia will badly effect the communal harmony in our district.
We strongly demands & kindly requests you to stop Mr. Togadia from entering & addressing public programs in our city.
